The Sapun Collective website is operated by Sapun Collective and the terms “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Sapun Collective. The content offered via this site to you (the user) is based on your acceptance of these terms including conditions, policies, and notifications.
By viewing our site (including future content) or purchasing soap from us, you are using our “service” and agree to these “terms”. Users include those who browse, surf, customers, competitors and third parties who contribute to the content of this site.
If you agree and accept these terms, you may use the website and/or service.

We reserve all rights including the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
You agree that you will not copy, duplicate, reproduce, use, or misuse any information or service from this website without prior permission from us.
The material and information on this site are general in nature and should not be used to make decisions without doing your own research and using the information on this site is at your own risk.
The content of the website can be modified at any time, and we have no obligation to make changes to the site. Any changes, including changes to prices can be made without notice. Products may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice and there is no liability on us for this.
Services and products
All the products and services are available via our website and selected stockists which may vary from time to time. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Stock levels of products can vary from time to time, although every effort is made to ensure a consistent level of stock to fulfill orders within reasonable time frames. We can place limits on certain products or limit the supply of our soaps based on location. Product and ingredient descriptions are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We can not guarantee that your expectations on our products or services will always be met, but we try hard for that not to be the case.
By placing an order, you agree to give your personal details including name, email, billing, and delivery address and contact phone number. You also agree to use the courier service of our choice, noting that we use services to ensure the delivery of your soaps in the most feasible manner. The flat shipping rate can change at any time without notice.
Shipping
Products are dispatched from Canberra, ACT and are shipped Australia wide. We are happy to ship overseas as long as you are willing to pay the shipping fees. If you are an overseas customer, please email Sapun Collective for further information about shipping costs and instructions about how to complete your order.
The soap sleeve is made from recycled and uncoated paper. Depending on the size of the order, your soaps will be wrapped and packed with supportive material to minimise movement during transit.
We aim to get your order packaged and sent within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. We use both a courier service and Australia Post and offer a flat rate of $10.00 for orders within Australia. Standard shipping is usually 6 days from pickup, noting that it may take longer in regional areas.
Where an incorrect address has been supplied or an order has not been collected and sent back to us, we will reship the order (i.e., register a new shipping label) once we have received a new shipping fee.
Parcels are packed to avoid damage. If your soaps arrive damaged, please email info@sapuncollective.com and we will take this up with the shipping service. Refer to our return policy for more information regarding damaged items.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please email info@sapuncolletive.com in the first instance, with your order number so that we can investigate.
Courier services and Australia Post are delivering packages using minimal contact with drivers, so often packages are delivered with ‘authority to leave’.
Return policy
Due to the applicable strict hygiene rules, we are unable to accept the return of our soap.
If your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item as soon as it is received and send the photo to info@sapuncollective.com along with your order reference number. We will contact you with the next steps.
Disclaimer
Sapun Collective products are not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with our products. Keep products out of eyes/nose and away from sensitive skin areas. Consult your health care provider if irritation persists. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for any personal health, allergies, incidents, or mishaps from using our products. By placing an order you are certifying that you have read the ingredients of our products and are agreeing to hold Sapun Collective harmless to any allergic reaction or any other condition you may have or acquire as a result of using any of our products. If you have any questions about any ingredients in product range, please email us and ask about them prior to placing your order. Please note: safety of products has not been tested officially.

Customer privacy and security are of upmost importance to Sapun Collective. All information collected or provided by you is protected in line with Australian privacy principles and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1998. This applies to the website, social media, email and other services.
We collect your personal information to the extent needed to provide you with the best service possible, such as establishing an order and or account, communicating with you, . This information includes personal details, address, email, physical address, contact details, banking, and credit card details (only temporarily) and purchase history.
We will not disclose any personal information to any other party without your consent, except in the unlikely event that it is required by law or when recovering debt owed by you.
All reasonable steps are taken to keep personal information we hold safe and secure against unauthorised access. Our checkout is SSL secured. Despite taking all these measures, if security is compromised over the internet at any point, we will not be liable for any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of information as the site is linked to the internet.
We will not send you any marketing material unless you have opted in for this option.
You have the right to access your records with us. You can request this at anytime as well as access your personal account details and make changes as required.
